Zhejiang Jianda Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 and is located in the Economic Development Zone of Rui'an City. It covers an area of 15,000 square meters and has more than 200 employees. It is a professional plastic machinery manufacturing enterprise integrating research, manufacturing, sales and service. The company has passed IS09001:2008 quality management system certification, and won the honorary titles of high-tech enterprise, patent demonstration enterprise, Wenzhou science and technology innovation enterprise, Wenzhou safety production standardization enterprise, Wenzhou famous brand product, and technology research and development center. Started production in 2012. The company mainly produces five series of products including air cushion film unit, cast film unit, sheet unit, thermoforming unit and film blowing unit. Processing Workshop
We have our own machining workshop, which can realize the processing of metal parts such as rollers and die heads, and the accuracy and durability of the products have been improved.
As for ultra-high-speed generators, since the actual production speed can reach 350m/min, the reliability requirements for the chassis are very high. And we can make the weight of the shell 30% higher than that of similar products, perfectly fulfilling this requirement, but the processing difficulty and process requirements are not easily achieved by any manufacturer.
