پکینگ فایبرگلاس نیز نوعی پکینگ نسوز آب‌بندی است که از الیاف فایبرگلاس تابیده یا بافته‌شده ساخته می‌شود و بیشتر در تجهیزات ثابت یا با حرکت محدود کاربرد دارد. این پکینگ به دلیل مقاومت مناسب در برابر حرارت، مواد شیمیایی و نداشتن آزبست، جایگزین ایمن‌تری نسبت به پکینگ‌های قدیمی به شمار می‌رود. پکینگ فایبرگلاس معمولاً در شیرآلات، فلنج‌ها، دریچه‌ها و سیستم‌های کم‌فشار و کم‌سرعت استفاده می‌شود و در صورت آغشته شدن به موادی مانند تفلون، سیلیکون یا روانکارهای خاص، عملکرد بهتری از نظر آب‌بندی، طول عمر و کاهش اصطکاک ارائه می‌دهد.
